21Shares announced a one-year sponsor fee waiver for the 21Shares Solana ETF, ticker TSOL. For the next 12 months, the fund's sponsor fee will be 0.00%, instead of the standard 0.21%. The change does not alter the investment risk of the product, but it makes fee competition in crypto ETFs more visible.

The bigger point is not only Solana. As more digital asset ETFs reach the market, issuers are starting to compete through familiar traditional-finance tools: fees, access, custody structure and product design. Lower cost can help investors, but it does not reduce volatility in the underlying asset.
