Flipster received a full operational Exchange license from Dubai's Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority through Flipster FZE. The license allows the platform to officially launch regulated virtual asset services in the region. The initial focus will be spot trading, with UAE customer access planned to expand gradually.

For the market, this is another example of crypto exchanges moving from default global access toward regional licensed structures. VARA is becoming one of the places where exchanges can build regulated products, but must also accept requirements around custody, governance and compliance.

The risk is that a license in one jurisdiction does not mean universal access. Next, watch onboarding conditions, the product list and how Flipster separates regulated services from its wider global platform.
